Watched the AOTC DVD today. Pero sa totoo lang, I'm not THAT excited in watching it again. But don't get me wrong, I'm a fan. Of the Original Trilogy nga lang. I can't help but notice that almost in all the scenes, the visual effects are overwhelming. Parang in every scene there MUST be a grand display of what they (Lucas and Co.) can do, but it seems that the special effects tend to overtake what the scene should convey, rendering it almost unreal (for me). Especially when I looked at the galleries. I wanted to see their creativity in making that scene seem real to the viewer's eyes. But all I saw was blue screen. I was never transported in that galaxy far, far away. And right now, I want to be transported.
